1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using cartodesigns.com (the "Site"), operated by Cartodesigns LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products and Services
We offer custom-designed apparel and accessories featuring county-based word cloud designs. All products are printed on demand and made to order specifically for you.
3. All Sales Final
Because every item is custom printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@cartodesigns.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you. Delivery times vary by product and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
The word cloud designs, website content, branding, and software are the property of Cartodesigns LLC. You may customize designs using our tools for personal use and purchase. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs or software without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, access unauthorized areas, or submit fraudulent orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartodesigns LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
